05/10/2016: David Cook: For North Morgan Water Coop, create a DS02 with an estimated 56 service connections and an estimated population of 130. The numbers for DS01 wonżt need to be changed, unless you want to go ahead and drop 6 service connections.
The RTCR sample requirement could be kept as a single site plan with a new area. If that wonżt work, add one distribution coliform sample for DS02 with a start date of 7/2016.
For LCR and DBPs, start monitoring on 1/2017 in DS02, since a final operating permit hasnżt been issued and only the first 15 service connections are being made now. If a final operating permit is issued in the near future, Iżll let you know. DS01 monitoring schedules wonżt change.
